In researching Strengths Based Leadership, Gallup scientists studied more than one million work teams, conducted more than 20,000 in-depth interviews with leaders, drew on 50 years of Gallup Polls about the world’s most admired leaders, and even interviewed more than 10,000 followers around the world to ask exactly why they followed the most important leader in their life.

In Strengths Based Leadership, #1 New York Times bestselling author Tom Rath and renowned leadership consultant Barry Conchie reveal the results of this research. Here’s what they found:

Our brain is capable of creating other types of mental imagery. Visualisation is a powerful coaching tool of taking our goal setting to the next level or expressing emotions or feeling during coaching conversations. The creative elements open up the right brain supporting another way of learning, and permits us to see things in a new or different way. Creativities play a valuable part connects our subconscious and conscious mind and help in exploring new dimensions of challenges.

In this session, Yoko and Viya facilitate several art activities to explore and practice the power of the strategy. If you meet a challenge, you can draw or visualise the end point.
